anyway like i said i am an alchohalic and ive got an anxiety disorder i want to stop the drinking and really need help with my anxiety anxiety is the reason i beleive that i drink most of the anyway does anyone think metaphysical healing would help me and if so were do i start and thank you so much

Does anyone feel like mediating at the end of the day helps spiritually manifest desires? I just started yesterday and I liked that I was able to more deeply relax and I feel like I was more connected to my inner eye. Then I focused on what I desired.

Hi! How do I purchase a lesson using my credits?

Okay so recently I talked with Dale and he mentioned the concept of believing in what I want. That I need to visualize what I want and that I need to believe it will happen. Is the best way to think about what I want happening in a positive light a lot? Or should I just believe it will happen no matter what?
Anything else i should do?
