I don’t know the connection removal exercises.

It is never easy to see an ex, especially if there was a super deep connection. Have the connection removal exercises helped at all? It is a glimmer of light that the dread does not last as long as it used to.

I think you and him need to talk and ask him any questions that are bothering you. Are you able to completely forgive him and move forward with him? If this woman is black mailing him then you may be able to inform the police or submit her harassment to someone.

You can increase your chances by focusing on seeing it happen and taking active steps to help allow it to happen.

Hi! Do you guys still talk? Sometimes people need space. I think the best thing to do is to allow her any space she wants while still letting her know that you are there for her and that you care for her.
