Hi I was wondering if my fiance is serious about me and if he’s been cheating? Regardless I know he loves me but has an issue with being faithful I think he does can’t really complain because I don’t think he’s physically cheating since the only time he leaves my side is to go to work and then he comes back home.

To be a good caregiver you have to have a bit of time for yourself. Can you get a nurse once in a while? Can you enjoy having a friend over for a beer or cup of coffee or card game? Do you have kids that can help out? I sense you are a sweet person and you try to do it all by yourself but try to get a bit of help.
