It is never easy to see an ex, especially if there was a super deep connection. Have the connection removal exercises helped at all? It is a glimmer of light that the dread does not last as long as it used to.

Thanks for the insight, Nicole. I agree that a spirit is trying to make itself known. I continue doing connection removal exercises since there does not seem to be additional info and the presence scares my kids.
