I’m confused about what my ex is to me. I know I still love him and I have discovered that he cares for me but I’m not sure in what way. Many of my friends believe we will one day work bc of a feeling they have but I’m not sure what I think anymore. I don’t know what I am to him and what goes on in his head when he sees me or thinks of me.

I’m struggling with not feeling dread when I see my ex and remaining optimistic about our future. When I don’t see head the way I want I sometimes feel dread and lose hope. I’m not sure how to turn it around. It doesn’t last as long as it used to but I still struggle with it.

Yes, I’d say getting control over your emotions is critical if your intuition is important to you. In my experience, emotion is really what blocks or opens abilities.
I would suggest taking steps to get control over the stress. We have methods here or you can go elsewhere. Whatever you decide, don’t let it stop you. Keep up the good work!
