Hello. I was somewhat in a similar situation. It was very toxic, and we had known each other since we were very young. For me, I just knew. I woke up one morning, started packing his belongings and that evening told him to get out and not to contact me again. I haven’t spoke to him in 2 years, and I don’t regret my decision. I think when you are ready to finally let go, you will know exactly when and how to do it. No amount of him begging or crying or telling you things will change will budge your decision. Be strong for yourself. If it’s toxic, it’s for the best. You deserve happiness. I hope this helps you.

Hi Kania. This is my very first post on this site, but I felt like I should respond to your topic specifically. I have had 4 miscarriages myself. I am so sorry that you’re going through this. In my personal opinion I feel that the moment I stopped stressing, and worrying that it might not happen, and when we “stopped trying” is the moment that it happened. I know this is different for everyone, and I know it’s hard to be patient when it’s something you want more than anything. Try bubble baths to relax, your favorite music, maybe some tea. I hope this helps you, and I hope you get everything you want.
