in order for you to do this you have to learn to love yourself fully, and become independent of him. Get a hobby or go out with your friends without him break away from him and do healthy things every once in a while if you do this you will learn to be less clingy because we are usually this way because we are afraid to lose that person, you will go out and do things on your own and you will come back and he will still be there. You will begin to trust more in yourself and your confidence will build and that will be more attractive to him

First and foremost is you have to love yourself, love who you are even without him. Then become independent of him feel strength in living life without him. Men want a strong woman who is able to take care of herself. Take time for yourself, do not contact him at all just focus your attention on yourself heal and pamper yourself. If you are whole and feel good about yourself you are more attractive and you are someone people want to be around including your ex.

Thank you so much, I needed to hear what I’m sure I already know to find peace in my love for this incredible man. I’m sure much of my question in our relationship comes from my past relationship of 25 years with a man who was a true narcissist. I think James has never really been loved not even by his parents but he seems open to it for the first time. Thank you for the guiding light.
