So I am sort of going through a hiccup in my relationship with my boyfriend. So yesterday rather than sitting around and feeling miserable I went on a long walk to help burn off some of the emotions. It worked amazingly! I was able to think more clearly and get in the proper mindset. I also started journaling about stuff to get it off my mind. I wanted to post this to give everyone some inspiration! It also is helping fix my relationship.
