So I’m just starting to work on connecting more deeply with my inner eye. I listened to this YouTube mediation music last night and while I was sitting there and focusing on connecting, I focused on two things and saw two distinct images. However they did not last long and shorterly after I had a harder time connecting.
Does it normally take time to allow yourself to connect to your third/inner eye when you are just starting?
