I am not a healer in the way some people are nor do I claim to be, but I would suggest that you find time to write out positive affirmations for your life. What do you want? Be specific!!!!! Maybe make a vision board of what you want in life. Spend time looking at it daily and put sticky notes saying positive affirmations about yourself in prominent places.
