It’s a silly question, but it reflects my desperation.. Is there a way to go back and relive the last 10 years of my life?

Namaste: The easy answer is yes! But it the highly enlightened who have these abilities. Past, present, and future are one timeline. There is no separation. It gets complicated after that.
What you CAN do is send love to the past. Find a quiet place, let go of all expectations. Touch your heart, take a deep breath…send love to the past straight from your heart center. You can send love, and/or healing to the past and the future. All love is healing.
Send love without judgement. Pure love with deep emotions can change many things.

Thank you, Melinda. Does that mean that if I send love to the one I hurt in the past, he would be able to feel that love now, in the present? Would it help with his hurt?

When you send love to the past or future, I believe he should be able to feel the love now. It also has to do with how open or empathic he is.
