      I learned and tried to use this method over my difficult son. Instead of flushing his image into the toilet, i put his image back to his study table or bring his image to accompany me when i walk for exercise. After a while, i can calm down all my worries over his educational performance. The relations between us become smoother and i saw some positive indications from him for more attention to his studies.
      I will try this method every day to improve the situation this way, than to brooding him over and over.

        I think you get scared and get desperate because you have to depart from a person and depart from a place at the same time. But this desperate -ness is the one which is driving him away too. Try to move away from germany for some time and when you re-visit there in future again, give him a call or try to contact him. At that time in future you will not be desperate like now and he will not avoid you either. Sometime, distance made the hearts to be softer.

          Sacral chakra controls over creativity, financial and sexual power in yourse. If that is over active, you are creative, your finances will be good and you will have a good relations. You should not calm them down, you should tame them and find the development for areas where you wanted to exel, such as being very creative and make a lot of money. Which are not bad ideas at all.

            Exercise is the only answer for curing depresion. But one is rarely having exercise as a daily routine and starting a daily routine of exercise into one’s life is difficult. Why not just take a walk around your home for about 30 min a day?. Walking is most easy and effective exercise and you are free from depresive conditions of being locked up in four walls and ceiling of your home or your office. Walking outside make you carefree and small breeze of wind gives you a fresh luxury. Gradually you will love this freedom, carefree- ness and gentle easy exercise to your life and your conditions will improve.
            With your depression, going to fitness center and have to meet people trying their best to acheieving some form of preformance will make you more isolated from the pack. You need more freedom and less competition when you are depress. Walking alone allows you to have some gentle dreams and those dreams will come true one day.
