Apologize for texting her too much. Explain that you didn’t mean any harm. If she still doesn’t want to talk then that’s a sign that there is a better woman for you out there. Never force friendships/relationships.

Yes. Get up the courage to talk to her and ask her out on a date. If she says no then at least you tried. You never know until you at least ask her out. Just be calm. Don’t come off creepy or aggressive. Compliment her. Ask her out. Don’t be shy.

Try calling him or texting him from one of your friends or relatives phones. If he picks up or replies then that’s proof that he ignored your calls/texts on purpose. You can get a free Google voice number and call or text him from that number and see if he responds.
If you don’t want to do this then just give him time. If you don’t hear from him at all then just move on. You will meet a better guy. You apologised. If he wants to stay mad then that’s on him.

I would say give it time. Give the guy a chance. Keep in mind that not all guys are the same.
