Yes you did the right thing especially since your in a relationship you don’t want to do anything to jeopardize your relationship.

If he ha already in another relationship I would not pursue it, you would be setting yourself up for disappointment and heartbreak.
Move on don’t sacrifice a relationship you have now for something that may not have even worked out
He’s doesn’t look at it as a serious situation it’s only physical for him no emotions.
He is in a relationship. If something develops from this it will only be physical and you will end with hurt feelings and more stress than it is worth.
Twins flames do t always end up together. Sometimes you meet your twin flame for a period in your life but do not end up together.
I think your question answers itself. He is in love with someone else, if his heart is with this other person and you know why would you settle for allowing him to use your body, you have sent the standard for your relationship. Why would he leave her if he is getting what he needs from without commitment? He feels as if he doesn’t need to and will continue to string you along this relationship will never be serious or fulfilling to you.
I would move on if he’s going to keep going back to this woman why would you waste your time he’s not showing that he wants to be completely committed to you.
