        I think your question answers itself. He is in love with someone else, if his heart is with this other person and you know why would you settle for allowing him to use your body, you have sent the standard for your relationship. Why would he leave her if he is getting what he needs from without commitment? He feels as if he doesn’t need to and will continue to string you along this relationship will never be serious or fulfilling to you.
