Please help my daughter to find correct area of profession

I would like to ask about my elder daughter, she is 16 now, and completed 10 th grade . Her wish to become a doctor and serve people, will she achieve her dream , or else need to change area of her studies, and what is her future, iam waiting for a guidance from you , please advise me
