Thinking of you. Prayer and meditation and mindfulness excellent practices to keep your thoughts focused on the bright side. Louise haye recommends journals and write in them daily to release all negative thoughts, frustration and anger. Saw an interesting video lately of a girl that hit the ground with a bamboo stick everyday to physically release anger from her body. Take care
Counselling most effective here. You have tried to communicate with him and it hasnt worked out for you. Need to get to the root of why he is interested in other women and can he change and does he want to change. Best wishes.
