Will I ever meet him again?

Hi,
I’m new to the community
and maybe it’s too soon,
but I want to know if a friend of
mine, Ramon Ventura and myself
will ever meet again and if possible
I want to know if it will be soon or years
in the future.I just can’t stop thinking of him.
He was born on August 3rd 1973
And I was born on March 10th 1974.
