Recent events have made me re-examine my life and I’m trying to grow but I am finding a very hard time accomplishing it. I feel like I don’t necessarily know where/how I should start or what resources are available out there to help me. I don’t even know what I should be doing to grow! I almost wish there was someone I could just hire to guide me like a permanent tutor or something

Am Sagittarius, male, married, 2 kids and have an amazing life. Of the last few years my career has begun to stagnate….its like everything has come to a stand still . unable to secure a promotion…no increment and load of pressure
Would be helpful if someone could shed some light on my situation
