I am here asking for anything that anyone gets on helping my best friend LRL born Sept 22,68 with her serious health issues. Anything from foods that would be helpful or medicinals or healing practices or anything else that anyone might get. Fully open to any and all suggestions.

That means I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and when it comes to meat I don’t eat a lot of red meat Unless I know that the cow the pig or the chicken had a organic or organic diet. Instead of eating a lot of foods with salt and pepper on them I use natural herbs And I fry foods with olive oil. I don’t know what is wrong with your friend But I recommend seeing a doctor And a specialist in nutrition.
