I was a straight A honoral student in Bayshore, New York in a nice house in a bad neighborhood. My family and i were held at gun point and we’re almost murdered. The police told us to leave the state because the person that had set us up knew people all over New York.We’ve been in Florida struggling for 3 years. I’m failing everything, my mom can hardly afford anything, and everyone here is so stuck up and snotty. We’re so miserable here. I even tried to kill myself 4 times! We’re trying to move, but we can’t find a good house in a safe area that takes section 8. And there’s no helpful reasources in Florida for domestic violence. I feel like I’m trapped.
