I love you Dale ! It just dawned on me somethings you were trying to get across. Thank you for creating this site.The lessons are most certainly helping even if I’m only up to the 3rd section. Finally, a little bit of light peaking through the tunnel opening. My build up of personal garbage was a tremendous pile of worthlessness, but thankfully sorting and recycling has started to make a significant difference. I actually had a real smile on my face today. Of course I have to give equal thanks to my higher power, yoga instructors, college professors and whom ever else I might have left out…..I’ll just be thankful for all and everything.
