      We have custody of our grand-daughter and the situation works well with our daughter, but the father is trying to get primary physical custody away from us. He refuses to co-parent with our daughter and has done so many rotten things thru the years to her. Will my husband and I get to keep custody of our granddaughter as our daughter wishes or will it be granted to her father or our daughter as primary custodian? Will the court date be kept as it is or will we get the pre-trail we are asking for? Thank you for your help and guidance in this matter.
