I have this colleague called Richard & I’m not quite sure what is going on with him.
We had an argument a few weeks ago in which I screamed at him I hate him…….I also told him I was getting to know other guys online.
Now his attitude has changed & he is being nicer towards me, helping me, standing next to me on tills……Laughing with me, holding proper conversation with me & even today when we were having a conversation outside our workplace with 2 other colleagues I caught him just staring at me to which when I asked why he replied “no reason ”
What is going on with him???.
