There are things that happened in my childhood that I cannot remember, but it is plaguing me daily as I get older. I was told that I should not remember these things. Can you guys help me? shed light on what creeps in the deepest recesses of my mind?
I think you should be able to look at it all, and deal with it if needed. If you repress it, it will eat at you. There are methods you can use to recall these things better and remove any residual garbage that may be effecting your life.
