        I’m getting it’s likely a bad patch, but when things happen again, I’m concerned about more back and fourth. It’s not all your fault, but I would work on getting control over that resentment, anger, frustration, and selfishness that you keep injecting into the relationship. I get a psychic sense you have a lot of this. I’m not saying some of it isn’t to be expected, but it’s not helping. Also, I see substance use being a factor here. Look at what you can do to change the patterns so this doesn’t keep happening. And if you get stuck, get some help.
