Exactly as you think a spirit who has attached herself to you. Hard to say without being physically in the presence maybe someone who you know who has passed away but more so possibly a spirit who was already established in your home or she came trough because you yourself are spiritual and opened that doorway.
…Im going to ask her to go to you so you can more accurately gauge what she is…by the time you read this she may have already visited.
