My mother and father passed in December of 2021. They had a nonprofit business that some not so upright people are trying to take over it. I don’t think this is even legal or ethical. I think it has to start over from the ground up. Is it wise to pursue it legally or try to start it all over again? My gut tells me to involve the police but it could just be my ego.
