Basically my ex is continuously calling me from prison and I have told him that he is playing with Ma head and he’s still claiming he’s not but I feel although I need help and I feel although everyone’s against me x

If it was me I would just self harm but tbh I feel although I have no body to speak to or turn to I feel so low and down all the time I’m literally sick of all the phone calls
