Affiliate Support Forums - Ask questions, see helpful topics, and more. The forums are a great place to get the ongoing support you need from our experienced staff. Just navigate to the home page of the forums to get started. You can also see the forum manual if need help using the forums.
You have to complete a one-time registration to the forums to gain access (separate registration from affiliate program) - this is easy, free, and quick. If you have not registered to the affiliate forums, we highly recommend you do this - its' critical to your success as an affiliate. We recommend you use your affiliate login and username (makes it easy to remember). When you navigate to the forums, you will see a link for registration. If you have difficulties, let us know and we will complete the registration for you.

Help Desk System - Use our help system to create a ticket. This is usually more reliable than email. Send us your questions, requests, or let us know what you think. We will respond back as soon as possible. |

Private Message Support - Do you have a specific question about your affiliate account? Are you interested or a member of our Affiliates Plus Program and you have a question? If so, our Private Message Support is probably the best option for you. Rather than using email, which can be unreliable at times, our Private Message Support occurs within our affiliate forum software and works much like a ticket system that you may have seen on some sites.
To use our Private Message Support, just navigate over to the forums and send me (Mary Kay) a private message including your message (just click the "Send Private Message" link on my profile page). Within a day, you should receive a response, usually sooner.

This option is only recommended if you have not yet signed up to our Affiliate Program and you have pre-registration questions. As mentioned above, email can be unreliable. This option is only recommended if you have not yet signed up to our Affiliate Program and you have pre-registration questions.
