I don't make a lot of book recommendations, but this is one that is worth the read. It's a great introduction into spiritual healing methods for yourself and for others (some intermediate methods also).
Many of the books available on this subject don't impress me, but this is an exception. I should know because I've read quite a few of them over the years. Keith takes the fluffiness out of healing and jumps right into practical methods. Take a look and of course, if you are ready to learn more about this subject, let me know.
