The field of personal development is the newest approach, the modern day trend, to personal growth, better health, and life enrichment. The personal development approach results from integrating the best technologies from many diverse approaches such as psychology, meditation, and hypnotherapy, together into one comprehensive framework.

The millions of dollars spent yearly by major corporations on personal development for their top executives, demonstrates the high effectiveness of this approach. By helping individuals become more communicative, intuitive, adaptive, goal-oriented, emotionally and mentally centered, corporations are creating a workforce that climbs in efficiency and productivity.

It is common to pay $5000 per individual for a five-hour seminar in an arena packed full with 1500 people. Many personal growth systems can easily exceed $50,000 in a year for individual and group interactions.

Based on the investigations conducted by LifeLeap Institute its affiliated organizations, it has been determined that most individuals in our society, especially those in lower and middle class social economical situations, have limited access or even knowledge  of the cutting-edge health and personal development technologies that exist.

We have concluded that several primary factors contribute to this lack of awareness and availability:

*
Resistance from many our society's educational systems, social service organizations, taxpayers, and healthcare organizations, when it comes to considering liberal and diverse perspectives to health and personal development as a means to addressing many of the critical challenges that individuals are facing. These super conservative perspectives seem to result in the lack of funding, dissemination, and implementation of various transformational technologies, regardless of the empirical evidence presented by many of the most credible research institutions of our times.
* There is an illness-based cultural approach to health and personal development, which places emphasis on fixing the mind and body "after" deterioration rather than focusing importance on prevention and maintenance. This approach defines wellness merely as the state lacking illness rather than the state of growth and development. A direct indication of this is the lack of health insurance coverage for prevention and personal development.
* A societal quick-fix perspective towards people who are facing life trials such as the homeless, runaways, the hungry, the elderly, and the mentally and emotionally challenged. While there are obvious advantages when meeting immediate needs such as food, shelter, and clothing, there is obviously a lack of opportunities providing long-term transformation for many of these people. Without solutions such as field-tested personal development technologies provided by the Institute, many of these individuals never break out of the struggles and unnecessary suffering that they encounter, forcing them to continue relying on others to have their basic needs met.
* Educational systems, social service and healthcare organizations, that are inefficient at providing modern and effective health and personal development technologies, because of bureaucracy, greed, centralization, and red tape. Credible researches are claiming that social consciousness is 10, 20 or even 50 years behind the most modern developments in science.

Everyone Deserves Opportunities!

Out of the personal growth and preventative healthcare organizations that do provide state-of-the-art services, most offer services equivalent to the Institute's only to a select few.

These privileged individuals often include wealthy executives, high-ranking government officials, celebrities, and long-time paying initiates of transformational systems.

LifeLeap Institute believes that everyone should have access to modern and effective personal development technologies, even people in the most challenging life situations.

The Community Outreach Project of the Institute allows this vision to become a reality. This growing project utilizes revenues from the Institute's fee-based services and from outside contributions to provide cutting-edge consulting services to a variety of different agencies and individuals, regardless of their financial situations. Our targets include hospice centers, addiction treatment facilities, cancer centers, homelessness agencies, assisted care facilities, community centers, and individuals dealing with impoverished conditions.
