I had abruptly lost my fiancé, who I loved very much with no explanation. He changed his mind and pulled the rug out from under me and wouldn’t tell me why and would barely talk to me. I was so heartbroken I was physically sick- unable to eat, sleep and function. I thought I would just die-of a broken heart or exhaustion! I even lost my job because I couldn’t function. Why? I needed help. I need answers!

Here is list of who I consulted what they told me.

1. Psychiatrist-at $250 an hour, she needed to see me for a few months twice a week to decide what medication I needed and scolded me for crying. Okay. I moved on to an LSW (licensed Social Worker) At $165 per hour needed to see me for about a year to decide what my issues were. Thanks but l will become enlightened later. I want guidance on this situation now.

Reputable Medical Doctor. Though I told him of my drinking alone at home since this instance, he prescribed Xanax, sleeping pills, and anti-depressants. I felt and acted even crazier. Thanks Doc.

Then the input from dime store sociology experts we often refer to as family and friends: “It’s another woman.” “He’s gay” ”It’s your fault” “You need to make him jealous.” “Here’s how you can get even…” “Find another man as soon as you can and you’ll forget about him.”

“Oh grow up!” I thought.

A juvenile phone psychic told me to make him jealous after keeping me on the phone with nonsense just to rack up the money. I learned later from a friend who is a real psychic that she was fired from a hotline for not racking up the minutes and the money. She also added that hotlines employ many people with no ability (out of work disc jockeys, ex phone sex workers, etc.) except to keep you on the phone! Nice!

Finally I got the help and ANSWERS I needed from a real psychic. A professional psychic. She came highly recommended from a friend. “What the heck” I thought. “It surely couldn’t hurt much after what I’ve been through.”

This wise and compassionate psychic took just literally a few seconds to diagnose exactly what was wrong. She focused like a laser right to the root of the problem. The answers to the why my life had just fallen apart.

“It’s his mother.”

“No way.” I thought. But then it dawned on me I hadn’t even told her anything about him. Not even that he had mother with a very prominent presence in his life.

But like the end of the movie “Sixth Sense” all the pieces of the puzzle were revealed. Obvious occurrences I had already seen but never noticed. Petty Arguments she would start, guilt provoking comments, untimely phone calls, creepy comments and phone calls made to me, last minute made up crisis, etc.

It all started when we got engaged.

He was 40 and had never left home. His former girlfriend of 8 years had dumped him because he wouldn’t take their relationship to the next level. We had bent over backwards to include his Mother in all our plans, including vacations, lunches and dinners at restaurants. We were about to sign a lease on a luxury 2 story penthouse-one that she had always wanted so we could all be together. She wanted the penthouse but not with me in it.

When we started breaking up, she called me and said she was sorry and that I was too good for him; that he was a “confirmed bachelor” but please don’t tell him she called.

It just never occurred to me that a Mother who seemed to have so much class could be so selfish and not want her son to be happy. It seemed too sick to be true. But it was.

Thank heavens I saw the psychic. I thought it was me! It was something I had no control over and suddenly I was cured physically. After three months of not eating, sleeping and heavy drinking, I felt a thousand times better. Relieved. I had an appetite, I could sleep and I started really getting over the heartbreak. That took a few moths but I was headed in the right direction.

No doctors - no social worker - no psychiatrist. They were unable and on some level, unwilling to help me. I thought I would share this because I think services such as yours are often better at giving people what they need. Just my 2 cents.

A true psychic is much different than the image portrayed by movies and TV

When asked to define what a psychic is, most people have an interesting list of definitions which reveal their inner opinions and ideas. For many people, immediate images come to mind such as the creepy elderly woman with blind yet penetrating eyes, or maybe it’s the genie character with the turban who gazes into his magical crystal ball, or maybe it’s the gypsy who can cast and remove spells.

Movies and television do a great job of filling our minds with all sorts of scary and mysterious ideas about psychics. To add to this, a whole wave of “Ghost Tracker” shows give us the impression of violent, creepy dead people who have nothing better to do than hunt unsuspecting visitors (another great accomplishment to turn people away from anything metaphysical).

These cinematic depictions get great “ratings” for the television networks and sell lots of tickets at the box office. Unfortunately, they often also distort the truth of us “real psychics” who are really just regular people, with heightened awareness, who are really just here to help people.

The “sixth sense” is the faculty which marks the difference between a genius and an ordinary individual.

Napoleon Hill
Author of the best selling classic “Think And Grow Rich”

Here’s the bottom line. As an avid researcher, I can tell you the top scientists throughout the world have concluded that psychic ability is really just another innate sense that everyone has, although many people fail to acknowledge it or avoid it altogether. It may require training for you to access it, control it, and focus it, but it’s there within you.

A psychic is merely someone who can use a keen awareness to see details about the past, present, and future, and to see insights about events occurring at great distances. A psychic differs from the average person in their ability to exact information from a universal intelligence with more accuracy and control than the average person. By the way, this universal intelligence goes by many names such as Collective Consciousness (Carl Jung, forefather of psychology), Unified field (physicists), etc.

A Common Experience For Everyone

Psychic ability can go into other areas, some of which can get rather strange, but none of these things are outside of the scope of the average person. In fact, most people experience a whole range of psychic abilities on a regular basis, except they don’t recognize the experiences for what they are, they dismiss them, etc.

For example, when you feel someone staring at you and you turn your head to find you are right, when the phone rings and you know who is calling, when you have instincts about a situation that may be farfetched and others may disagree with you - then it turns out you were right, or when you have a dream about a future event and it happens! When you have knowledge about something and there is no physical or logical way you could have known, that is your innate psychical ability revealing itself.

A true psychic is really just someone who understands and benefits from a deeper scientific understanding of how reality works, specifically the scientific field of quantum physics. The model of reality understood in quantum physics is replacing the model that most people still think exists. I explain these things in more detail in some of my free educational guides and courses, but the point is that a psychic is not doing anything too far out of the ordinary.

Can You Really Not “Have It?”

Now some psychics will tell you they were “born with the gift,” they come from long genetic line of special psychics, or some other “I’m more special than you” rhetoric. Although this does a great job of stroking their egos, with training you can accomplish the same level of ability as any commercial psychic. In fact, with a little bit of training you will likely be more accurate and better at helping people than most psychics. Many so-called psychics have no formal training, which usually limits their ability.

I’ve trained people how to develop psychic and healing abilities for years, including police, military officers, doctors, and college students. Several of my students, whom started off with no obvious ability, have gone on to become successful professional psychics. So I know these things are possible.

My point in sharing all of these things with you is to encourage you to understand psychics with a more open mind, if you aren’t already. In fact, what a psychic “is” can be expanded upon much more than what is described here. Of course, I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers.

If anything, I think it’s good for others to understand what a psychic is NOT - someone more special than you, someone to be feared, someone with abilities you can never achieve, someone who is always a charlatan or scam artists, a crazy person, etc. These things are belittling and limiting, which I don’t believe is fair.

In this powerful book, learn how to prevent major diseases, heal existing sicknesses, live longer, increase your energy level, improve your cognitive and emotional health, and more. This 20 Year Bestseller is the most comprehensive guide we’ve ever found to nutritional therapy.

Written by a credible medical doctor and an expert nutritional consultant, this is the most trusted book on natural healing programs, vitamins, dietary supplements, herbs and minerals. It also covers the treatments and therapies of western science that you need to know about.

Along with covering the details of supplements, alternative therapies, and steps to maintain your health, hundreds of conditions are listed in alphabetical order, with an explanation and solution for each condition.

Even when it comes to personal growth, spiritual growth, and psychic development, if your brain and body aren’t healthy, you are limiting your personal potential.

Many psychics will provide future predictions to you as if there is some force or fate that determines what will occur in your future. But if you understand the basics of metaphysics, if you examine what great thinkers and top scientists have said for many years, you will understand that as an individual, you are largely in control of your own destiny.

What you desire to happen, what you expect to happen, what you picture in your mind’s eye, all of these things determine what will occur in your future. Most of the time, when a psychic is able to accurately predict your future, it’s because they are able to metaphysically see what you have “planned out” for yourself, not what “fate” has determined for you.

To Predict Your Own Future, Pay Attention To What You Focus On

Pay attention to your thinking and emotions. If you are happily anticipating a new relationship, a job promotion, or healing of sickness, this will increase the probabilities of attracting these events into your life.

But if you are worried about not having money, if you are consistently feeling lonely because you aren’t in the ideal relationship, you will tend to continually attract these types of experiences into your life. So whatever your focus on, whether positive or negative, you will tend to attract to yourself.

This is why, with my Psychic Counseling service, I prefer to use my abilities to psychically scan through a client’s life to look at the steps that can be taken to get the desired outcome. Not just steps that anyone can take, but actions that apply specifically to that particular person. This is more beneficial than giving one future prediction after another. It’s about empowering people rather than just letting them know what “is going to happen to them.”

Of course, steps you take on the physical level will also determine what will occur in your future. For example, financially overspending, the manner in which you communicate with your romantic partner/potential romantic partner, your performance at work, etc - these things will also contribute to what occurs in your future. But what you do on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of your life are equally important, if not more important than what you do on the physical levels.

In a study reported by New England Journal of Medicine, three groups of people with painful degenerative knee conditions participated in an experiment. The first group was given extensive knee surgery to repair the condition. The second group was given a similar but not as effective procedure. For the third group, an incision was made and they were told corrective actions had been taken, but no surgery was actually performed. Surprisingly, after three years of examination, all three groups of people reported the same level of pain reduction. Research such as this proves the power that we hold as individuals.

Take Control Of Your Future

Not only can you predict the future by paying attention to your thoughts, emotions and mental imagery, but if you don’t like the future you have “set up” for yourself, you can take steps to alter it. By monitoring and changing your thinking, by taking actions to create more productive emotional states, and other methods, you take control over your own destiny. If you read the biographies of many of the great achieves throughout history, you will discover this common denominator.

There are some limitations to what you can create, even if you take more control over your thinking, your emotions, etc. For example, no matter how much you visualize yourself romantically being with a certain person, if that person has no intention of ever being with you, this affects your chances of this outcome. Or if you want to be the president of a corporation, but the people in that organization who make the decisions have different plans, this affects the outcome of what you can create. For these types of situations, a legitimate psychic can be helpful.

But regardless of the limitations, taking control over your internal focus will drastically influence what your experience from this day forward.

Now you may be thinking, “I think positively all the time, I visualize what I want, etc, but I never seem to get results.” This is where the subconscious comes into play. Much of our thinking, emotional activity, etc, occurs on an unconscious level - we aren’t aware of it in a normal waking state. So if you want to take more control over your future, not only do you have to address what is occurring on a conscious level, but also on the unconscious level. This is where training such as meditation becomes beneficial.

Meditation and other similar training allow you to access your deeper subconscious workings. This way, if you don’t like what you are creating for yourself, you can make the necessary changes. To receive this type of training, I encourage you to see the details of our Life Mastery Program (correspondent training available internationally).

So instead of wondering what will happen in your future, pay more attention to how you are creating your own destiny. If you don’t like what you are creating for yourself, then take steps to get the results you want. It’s not about beating yourself up for the life you’ve helped to create so far, but about acknowledging and taking action to participate more in your life from this day forward. It’s about claiming the loving relationships, financial wealth, physical health, and other wonderful creations that you deserve as an individual.

From the creators of You Can Heal Your Life: The Movie comes a compelling portrait of three modern lives in need of new direction and new meaning.

In his first-ever movie (written by Kristen Lazarian and directed by Michael Goorjian), Wayne Dyer explores the spiritual journey in the second half of life when we long to find the purpose that is our unique contribution to the world.

The powerful shift from the ego constructs we are taught early in life by parents and society—which promote an emphasis on achievement and accumulation—are shown in contrast to a life of meaning, focused on serving and giving back.

Filmed on coastal California’s spectacular Monterey Peninsula, Ambition to Meaning captures every person’s mid-life longing for a more purposeful, soul-directed life.

Ambition to Meaning explores the intertwined lives of an overachieving businessman (played by Edward Kerr), a mother of two young children seeking her own expression in the world (Shannon Sturges), and a film director trying to make a name for himself (Michael DeLuise).

Also starring Portia de Rossi. Ambition to Meaning not only inspires, but also teaches us how to find the path to our spiritual purpose and therefore our greatest joy. Wayne Dyer appears in the film as himself. Special appearance by Louise L. Hay.

Order the movie or see a live web broadcast today and let me know what you think.

Take care of your body and get benefits emotionally, mentally, and spiritually

Maybe you originally found me because you had an interest in my psychic counseling service or my psychic/spiritual development courses. Whatever the reason, here is the cold hard truth. Whatever steps you take to improve the relationship area of your life, develop your psychic/spiritual awareness, or any steps taken towards personal growth - if you do not take proper care of your psychical body, you are cutting yourself short.

Not only are you setting yourself up for a radically shorter life span, your everyday life is affected. If you have a poor diet or you aren’t giving your body the nutrients it requires, this will impact the other areas of your life - your emotional, mental, and spiritual health. For example, a poor diet can prevent you from thinking properly and will likely result in irrational emotional reactions. This isn’t good if you are trying to improve a relationship, your finances, or grow spiritually.

I’m not a doctor or nutritional expert, but for years I have researched what the top minds in the world have to say about living healthier. I stay away from junk science and I rely on sources that have not been “bought out” by biased supporters - good sources such as University of California (Berkeley) , Harvard University, and John Hopkins University.

Most other universities rely heavily on research funding from big corporations, such as pharmaceutical companies or big name food manufacturers. So you can bet their studies will support their backers rather than give you the purest truth. All of this “research” is conducted of course, to help those types of companies promote/sell more of their product, not necessarily to benefit the health and well-being of the consumer.

I’ve discovered there is a lot of powerful knowledge that the “big boys” don’t want you to know about - the self-serving pill companies, big agricultural corporations, etc. I’m not against pharmaceuticals or the food industry, I just believe when there is a better way of staying healthy and healing sickness, people have a right to know about it. Sometimes taking a pill is necessary, but other times there are more effective approaches to healing.

I could spend days sharing the knowledge I have with you, but let’s start off just a few “commonly unknown” points and suggestions to consider:

Clean Your Colon & Keep It Clean

Studies have shown that the average adult American can have up to 25-30 pounds of impacted feces stuck in the colon, sometimes even more. I know it’s hard to believe and grotesque, but it’s important to understand this. For various reasons, the body doesn’t do a very good job of processing the average American diet. This stored waste in the colon has been linked to many diseases - cancer, heart conditions, migraines, chronic fatigue, and more.

Even if you are taking the best supplements, if there are layers or decaying meat and grease in your colon, you can only image how this will prevent your body from absorbing the nutrients it needs to be healthy. Consider getting a kit every six months or so to remove this compacted waste - the best product I’ve found is “Internal Sweep” by a company called Nature’s Medicine Laboratories. If a local supplier in your area doesn’t carry this brand, you may order by calling 1-800-408-1525. Then, for preventive measures, take a good daily dose of fiber such as “Konsyl.” You should be able to get this at most grocery or drug stores.

Most Vitamins Are Junk

It’s important to take a good selection of the major vitamins - A, E, C, etc. When you reach around 25 years old, your body slowly stops producing many of the nutrients it needs, even from a good diet. This is why it’s important to get on a good regimen of supplements. Instead of taking a multivitamin, consider getting the largest recommended dose by taking the supplements individually. You can find out more about what vitamins to take in any of the better nutrition books.

But here’s the big secret - out of hundreds of vitamin companies, only about five are worth paying for. Look for brands that have the USP Seal on them. This means they are certified pharmaceutical grade - what they say they contain, they actually contain. Unless a supplement is USP certified, you are likely to get a bunch of fillers and other junk that won’t help you. Some of the brands that are USP certified are Now Vitamins, Country Life, Solaray, KAL, many of the Swanson Vitamins, and a couple more. Always check the label.

Eating Vegetables Is Not Enough

I recently saw a Yale University study which concluded the average American vegetable has 80% less nutrients than vegetables 20 years ago. Vegetables these day aren’t grown for nutritional quality, they are grown for cosmetic appeal and long shelf life. In fact, oftentimes when you purchase a tomato at your local grocery store, this tomato was picked green 6 months ago, stored in formaldehyde gas in a warehouse somewhere, and then pumped with oxygenated gas (so it turns red) right before you received it .

Many studies prove that by the time the vegetables are on your plate, they are “nutrient dead.” So, try to get your veggies from local farmers at farmer’s markets if you can. “Local” is even better than “organic” according to many university studies (this was recently discussed in a powerful Time Magazine article).

Even with the freshest organic or locally grown vegetables, you still aren’t likely to get the nutrients you need. In this day and age, your best source of these nutrients comes from green supplements. Get a good supply of Spirulina and Chlorella (open cell). Consider the pill forms because the powered drinks are tough to drink. If you take a therapeutic dose of Chlorella every day, this is equivalent to eating 20-30 servings of vegetables per day. Your body will love this.

On top of this, green foods alkalize your body chemistry. So much research has shown that acidity in the body is what causes disease, more so than smoking, lack of exercise, or chemical toxicity. Speaking of toxicity, green foods are excellent detoxifiers. They take all of the preservatives, toxins from air pollution, etc and flush them out of your body.

I have much more to share, but these points should give you enough to consider for now. If you take the steps I’ve outlined here, you will feel better, have less illness in your life, and you will live a longer, happier life. I say this based on the research I’ve seen from the most credible sources of nutritional healing. But don’t take my word for it, do more research yourself. Get more involved in this part of your life.

You don’t have to be obsessive about nutritional healing. Every step you take helps. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter (or subscribe RSS) for upcoming updates relating to this topic.

I was highly impressed with his work then; and I am even more impressed with his work now. As a professional in the personal development field myself, I’ve researched the top experts throughout the years. I have yet to see anyone who compares to Tony.

I think the main reason why he is so successful is his approach to modeling - which is applying techniques that are already proven to work. In other words, Tony’s work is based on his research of people that are already successful in their relationship, career, finances, emotional health, mental health, and dealing with tragedies that sometimes show up in life.

The evidence of the success of Tony’s approach is seen with his endorsements - Deepak Chopra, President Bill Clinton, Andre Agassi, the Pentagon, the band Aerosmith, just to name a few. He is also the top choice of corporations when it comes to employee personal development training.

A while back, I purchased several of his coaching CDs. Even with all the training I’ve had over the years, I still believe it’s important to take steps to improve my life. Anyway, I was amazed at how affordable the audio CDs were while still providing such a wealth of information.

I’m impressed with the training CDs because they provide step-by-step practical approaches to dealing with the challenges in life. It wasn’t the same played-out pep talk or positive thinking clichés that you see with so many other approaches. I’ve been going through the CDs and listening to them and taking notes, and then going through them again to catch even more.

Even with all of my years of experience and training, I’m finding new techniques and perspectives that I hadn’t been exposed to before. The course is easy to follow and the techniques don’t take a degree in psychology to apply in your life.

Here are some of the highlights of the training:

Steps to maximize your energy and help restore your body to its natural state of health and vitality.

Approaches to develop deep and lasting relationships for profound fulfillment.

Techniques to train your mind and body so that the most powerful emotions you have — your certainty, your faith, your passion, and your determination — are as automatic as breathing.

Methods for seizing opportunities for achieving financial freedom.

Techniques for discovering an inspiring life purpose that will add a greater depth of meaning to everything you do.

In no way am I saying that the training CDs are a miracle pill, but I can assure you that you will get a lot of valuable information that you can immediately start using to improve your life.

The course can give you what you need regardless of what level of achievement in life you have already accomplished - whether you’re at the bottom and dealing with poverty, emotional suffering, or broken relationships, or whether your life is already going smooth and you are just ready to take it to the next level.

Check out the training and let me know what you think:

Whether you wish to improve a relationship, developing your psychic abilities, or create more wealth, there is one critical step you must take every day. This step is often overlooked by most people, regardless of how much personal growth or spiritual training has been acquired. Regardless of how much you visualize, repeat affirmations, write down your goals, etc, if you don’t take this step, you are cutting yourself short.

The best way for me to explain this secret method to you, is to give you an example. Let’s say hypothetically, you are interested in creating a new romantic relationship. Following the advice of personal growth gurus, you make a detailed list of the person you want to attract into your life. You start visualizing yourself being with this person. You come up with some positive affirmations which you repeat to yourself throughout the day. Maybe you start frequenting the types of places this “ideal person” would be.

A couple weeks pass, maybe even several months, and no measurable results. If you are like most people, once you get in this situation, this is where the real problem starts. Every time you try to visualize, positively affirm, or visit the places where the type of person you are looking for would be - every time you take the steps, this deep feeling starts to build up inside. Maybe the feeling is doubt, maybe its frustration, maybe its loneliness, or maybe it’s the expectation that nothing will really ever change.

Personal Growth Methods Become Self-Destructive

When you get to this place, when you start to feel this way inside, visualizing, positive affirmations, and going out to the right places all become more damaging than helpful. Each time you take a step, that feeling deep inside builds even more. When you reach this point, it’s actually healthier to stop using the self help guru techniques. Otherwise, you are digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole.

Most people encounter this frustrating block or “wall” when trying to make significant positive changes in their lives. How ironic. How discouraging. Makes you feel like you should go back to what you were doing before and forget all this self help garbage and stop getting your hopes up. It’s simply not working….. But wait! Before you go back to your “old” ways, here’s WHY this isn’t working. Here is what most self help resources fail to include in their methods or instructions.

It all boils down to one main issue - lack of emotional state control. If you are serious about achieving anything new in your life, getting control over your emotional states is the secret ingredient to getting the results you want.

How To Get Control Over Emotional States

I bought my first personal growth book 29 years ago. Since then, I’ve gone though many different systems of training including the Tony Robbins approach, NLP, IAP, and dozens of other approaches. In several of the better approaches, I’ve seen one method for controlling emotional states that seems to work for just about anyone. It’s a technique that I learned and have been teaching from the Advanced Perception Course. Consider this my gift to you.

You start by finding a quiet place that has little distractions (your bedroom, or maybe the attic if you have kids). Pick the emotional state you want to work on mastering (success, satisfaction, romantic fulfillment, confidence, etc). Close your eyes and go back to a time in your life when you felt that emotion. Put yourself back at that moment as if it’s happening right now. Try to remember and focus on as many details as you can - your location, the colors, the textures, the temperature, who else was there, the sounds, where any objects were in relation to where you were, etc. As you focus on these details, it helps you to trigger that emotional state.

Get good at turning on this emotional state and soak in it. Pay attention to where you feel it in your body. Work on being able to turn it on and off at will. Work on being able to turn the volume of the state up and down. Once you get good at this, you can practice more throughout the day - do this while waiting on hold, sitting a stoplight, in the restroom when on your break (basically, every chance you get).

Does This Seem Hard To Do?

Whether you realize it or not, most people do this every day, quite unconsciously. If you pay attention, you will realize at least 3 to 4 times a week, or maybe as often as once a day, you “re-live” a moment in your past not just by thought, but other sensations are triggered, like smell or “butterflies” in your stomach, for example.

Think about how you feel inside your body when you hear an old song that was popular when you were young and having a significant emotional experience (like the blissful beginning of or the sad end of a relationship) or how you feel a tightening in your chest at the mention of someone’s name that you knew well long ago and lost contact with.

How To Apply The Secret Ingredient Of Emotional State Control

Once you get a little practice under your belt, jump in and apply this method to real-world situations. How you apply this technique all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. For example, if you are working to create a new romantic relationship, when you are visualizing, practicing affirmations, or visiting places where you will likely meet a potential mate, you need to get in the habit of triggering the emotions that will benefit you in these situations - accepted, attractive, fulfilled, loved, excitement, etc.

If you desire to create more financial wealth, visualize yourself having the amount you want (in a week, month, year, etc) and turn on the emotional states of success, relief, deserving, satisfaction, confidence, etc. If you have a job interview, turn on the emotional states of success, already got it; I’m the one, confidence, etc. Do this during the interview. This simple technique can be more powerful in helping you to get the position than anything you could say, your body language, or your resume.

While this type of method is related to personal growth, there is a strong spiritual/psychic factor occurring here.

More than anything else, your emotions tell the universe what you really want to spiritually manifest in your life. That you expect it! When you combine the right emotional states with visualization, goal setting, and affirmations, the universe will acknowledge your request and start organizing the resources to bring your desires in to fruition.

Other people and even physical objects will respond to your emotional states. When you look at a wall across the room, according to quantum physics, just by looking at the wall you are influencing the atomic structure of the atoms in that wall (without physically touching it, etc). Whether you admit it or not, there is a connection between you and the wall - this is science. In some manner, you are connected with other people and situations.

And you guessed it right - your emotional states are one of the most important factors in what you communicate to other people and situations (regardless of what you say, do, etc). So the whole point it to use this to your advantage. Pay attention to what you are emotionally communicating to others and the universe through your emotional states, and if it’s not productive, fix it.

Emotional states are also the key force behind spiritual healing, psychic ability - even inducing out-of -body-experiences. So there are more advanced methods for emotional state control, which I will be covering in time (including how they can be applied to achieve certain results.). Make sure to subscribe to this blog and the free guides I offer (see below) to get all of the helpful information that is soon to come. Good luck!

Throughout the years, I have helped literally thousands of clients with relationship issues, financial challenges, and various other unfortunate circumstances. Whether it was the psychic-based guidance or training I provided, it has been rewarding to see many individuals create positive change in their lives, with my assistance.

Unfortunately, I often encounter people who know what needs to be done to improve their lives, but for various reasons, they just don’t seem to ever make that next step. This is one of the aspects of my work that saddens me the most. There are also the situations where an individual is doing “OK” in life, but I know they could achieve so much more.

Maybe it’s the lonely soul who just won’t do what it takes to end the 5 year streak of being single, maybe it’s the person who keeps making excuses for one failed relationship after another, or maybe it’s the father or mother who struggles financially, but just won’t take that extra step to gain financial achievement. All of these situations have one thing in common – there is action that needs to occur, but for whatever reason, that action is never taken.

Pay close attention to the point that I am about to share with you. Read over it at least three times to make sure it sinks in. The point: If you have challenges in your life that don’t seem to be getting better, if you feel stuck and don’t know what to do or you don’t have the strength to do what needs to be done, there are concrete steps you can take to make it through whatever issues you are facing. Being stuck is optional, regardless of the challenges you face – it isn’t necessary. The climb towards what you want is likely much easier than you ever thought.

So Where Do You Start?

First of all, let’s make one thing clear. At first glance, many people assume that I am just a professional psychic and/or metaphysics teacher. But let me tell you, the staff here at LifeLeap Institute, including myself, have spent years and years researching the most cutting-edge personal growth approaches – strategies that are already working for people who are successful in their relationships, wealth, career, and personal health.

The information we share in our educational guides and services is not just our personal philosophy. Our various training and research includes the works of Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Napoleon Hill, Landmark Forum, Stephen Covey, just to name a few.

Taking this into account, one principle which all of the great teachers agree to is: You have to create a clear goal to work towards. You have to know where you want to go whether it’s in relationships, career, happiness, physical health, or even metaphysical development.

Not having a clear goal could be compared to just drifting in a boat in the middle of the ocean. Because you aren’t moving in any direction, it’s unlikely you will ever arrive where you want to be, if anywhere at all. Having solid goals allows you to put your life force into a concrete direction and “adjust the rudder” along the way as this becomes necessary.

Write Down Your Goals

This is a basic step, but one that is often overlooked. When you write down your goals, it helps you to process them, to see how realistic they are, and to organize them better. More importantly, when you write down your goals, it gives them more power - it sets them more into place. Of course, you have to first decide what your goals are, what you would like to accomplish. But don’t take too much time coming up with your goals. Remember, by not deciding, you are still making a decision.

Writing down your goals can be seen as filling out your request form to the universal delivery system. It impresses the goals into the collective consciousness allowing the universe, God, or whomever your “higher power” may be, to start lining up the resources for you to accomplish your objectives.

Maybe this is why in a recent Harvard University study, a group of people who wrote down their goals accomplished twice as many of their objectives than a group that did not write down their goals.

And remember, instead of focusing on what you want to get away from, focus instead on where you are going. When you are fixated on what you don’t want to create, it’s like running down the street backwards - it’s just a matter of time before you trip over something and the problem catches up with you. Just deciding that you want to “get away” from something is not enough. You have to turn yourself around and put your focus on where you are going.

Make your goals specific. You can’t just write down a general idea of what you want to accomplish and let your notes get sucked up into the low priority file on your desk. As you write them down, include all the details involved. Have a plan on how you are going to accomplish them. If you don’t know what you want, then make a goal of discovering your goal.

The Power Of Self Examination

Having a clear goal of what you want to achieve is the first step towards getting unstuck – it’s the first step towards creating the forward motion that allows you to gain what you deserve in your life. Having a clear goal allows you to “stand on top of the mountain” as if you have already achieved the goal. From this perspective, you can look back, in your mind’s eye, and see what steps need to be taken to get to the arrival point. Then you go back (to the present) and start taking action, one step at a time.

But through this process, you have to develop the skill of self examination. Start monitoring yourself more. It’s a matter of being really honest with yourself, your circumstances, and your potential.

Lack of self-examination is one of the biggest mistakes people make.

Self-dishonesty is one of the greatest self-defeating things you can do. Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions throughout the day instead of just going through life blindly. Examine how you really feel about what you think you want to accomplish.

For example, maybe you really want to be in a healthy, exclusive, balanced, loving relationship. But if you have been settling for a mediocre situation for five years with a person that will most likely never meet you half way, what does this say about your belief of what you can accomplish? Also, is keeping one foot into that unhealthy relationship really the best thing to do towards creating the type of relationship you really want?

These types of details are important to examine. They help you get a clearer direction as to what your next step should be. If necessary, start changing the way you perceive your goals in a more positive and productive manner.

Ask Yourself The Right Questions – A Powerful Strategy For Creating Change

Asking yourself questions is a simple yet powerful method to control your mental and emotional focus. When I talk about focus, I am referring to where your attention is at any given moment. When you are controlling your attention, you are focusing your life force where it needs to be to accomplish your goals.

For example, when you are faced with a challenge that keeps leaving you stuck, if you ask yourself the right questions, this can immediately shift you into a better mental/emotional state. This can create options that might have before, been unavailable to you. Asking yourself the right questions can also be a step towards achieving greater self honesty – which is critical if you want to make significant changes in your life.

I encounter so many people in my work who have great potential to achieve what they want, but they defeat themselves before they ever get started. Many people have a list of alibis as to why they can’t have that ideal relationship, why they can’t improve an existing relationship, why they can’t create financial success, why they can’t become physically fit, etc. Asking the right questions can also be a critical step towards breaking through this self-defeating mentality.

Of course, whatever your intention, you have to ask yourself the right questions at the right time. Here are some different examples of questions you can start with, depending on what you are encountering.

To induce personal honesty and awareness: Every time this has happened, what was the common denominator in all of these situations - was it me? What am I getting out of this? What’s really blocking me from accomplishing what I set out to do? Why do I keep putting myself through this?

To encourage correct action: Is what I’m doing right now going to get me what I desire? If I’m serious about what I want to accomplish, what do I need to do to achieve what I desire? Have the steps I’ve taken so far really been effective at getting what I desire - if not, what do I need to change?

To induce motivation with when you are stuck, even after years of settling for the same situation: How long have I been putting up with this? How much longer am I willing to settle for this? What is my next step going to have to be to get this going in a better direction? Is this ever really going to get better by itself, or am I going to have to take the step myself? At the rate I’m going, how long is it going to take to accomplish this?

To break through self defeat: Others just like me have accomplished what I want for myself, why can’t I? Just because I haven’t been able to achieve what I want yet, does this really mean I can never do it? In the past, when was there a time I thought I couldn’t do something, but once I tried, I discovered I could?

To break through personal fear: When I am sitting on my deathbed, am I going to regret not doing this, even if I was fearful? Am I going to let my fear of what might happen prevent me from taking risks and ruin the chances of ever getting what I want? These questions are just a start. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this approach - there is great power in what we are talking about here. Also, don’t be shy about using your own creativity when coming up with new questions.

When you ask yourself these types of questions, you will likely already know the answer to the questions. But knowing the answers isn’t the point here. Asking yourself the right questions is a powerful process that has a specific purpose. It helps to control the focus of your life energy, reveals self defeating beliefs that need to be examined and changed, and discovers solutions for your issues – solutions that might not have otherwise been discovered.

Although questions like these are a great tool for personal development, be careful about being over-analytical or over-critical of yourself. This is called “Analysis Paralysis” in many personal growth organizations. What would you get out of that anyway?

The “Secret Obstacle” Of Personal Achievement

While many people do get results with the methods I’ve outlined so far, some individuals, even after sticking with a goal for months, see lack of results in their own lives. Their hopes are once again destroyed and they are left feeling even more frustration, hopelessness, and skepticism. So many clients throughout the years have shared their experiences and disappointment with me regarding these failed attempts.

If you have made conscious efforts for a while to get through a challenge, and you still don’t seem to be getting the results that you want, it may be time to explore what is blocking you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually on an unconscious level. Western psychology refers to this part of us as the subconscious. This aspect of us is an accumulation of our beliefs, the effects of deep emotional experiences (even from infancy), the impressions that others have made in our lives, among other influences.

Many forefathers of psychology have estimated that this subconscious influences 90% of our lives, without us even knowing it.

The point that you want to understand is that you are playing a large role in what you are achieving in every area of your life, whether it’s relationships, career, finances, or personal growth. Much of this is occurring on a deeper level that you may not be aware of. You can take more control over what you create in your life by participating on the conscious level (deciding on solid goals, self examination, taking steps on the physical level, etc), but you can also become aware of and influence what is occurring on the deeper, hidden levels within you.

If you are serious about making changes in your life, but you keep getting stuck even after taking consistent steps, then it’s critical for you to realize this unconscious process and take more control over it. This could potentially be the most defining realization in your life, so don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

The good news is that you can become aware of and take control of your subconscious. There are techniques and more detailed training approaches that are effective, some of which I will cover in a few moments.

When Is The Best Time To Take Action?

When you are facing a serious challenge in your life and you need to take action, you may never “feel like” any time is the right time to take the next step. This is often true especially if there is risk involved, if you are concerned about being disappointed even more, or you don’t feel as if you have the strength to face your issues and take action.

But… the best time to take the next step is now. Every moment that you aren’t moving forward, every moment that you aren’t living the life you desire and deserve, each of these moments is a moment that you will never have again. Many people spend a good part of their lives “looking forward to” that time when things will be better, even though that time often never arrives.

The Good News - You Don’t Have To Do It Alone

There are many great resources to make your uphill climb easier and more effective. If you don’t seem to be able to accomplish what you desire on your own, then it’s probably time to take the advice of internationally bestselling author, Napoleon Hill – in his book Think and Grow Rich, Mr. Hill emphasizes successful people don’t try to do everything on their own, they seek out the advice of experts.

Depending on what challenges you face, you may need to seek the expert advice of a relationship coach, a financial advisor, and attorney, or maybe a personal fitness trainer. If you can do it on your own, great! If not, don’t give up – take advantage of the resources available to you.
