This policy covers how the LifeLeap Institute treats all personal information that we collect and receive. This includes e-mail address, names, physical addresses, phone numbers, and any other information that makes you personally identifiable. 

Use Of Personal Information
We communicate with you (newsletters, etc) only after you make a request to do so. We only use your personal information for what you agreed to have it used for when you gave it to us. This is always clearly explained before we ask you for any information. We only use your personal information for verification purposes, to communicate with you (newsletters, etc), and for our own research purposes (surveys, polls, etc).

Collecting Information
The Institute collects information from you at various times. For example - when you sign up for one of our newsletters, when you participate in the Psychic Project, and when you join our Affiliate Program.

You have the option to immediately unsubscribe from any e-mail newsletter that is sent to you from us. This is made possible by convenient unsubscribe links in every e-mail newsletter. Our unsubscribe system is automated with a reliable third party system, so there is never any risk of your unsubscribe requests being overlooked or forgotten.

Sharing Information
We do not sell, rent, give away, or loan any personal information that you give us. This includes your e-mail addresses that could be used for e-mail marketing. The only exception to this rule is when we receive your permission beforehand or in very special circumstances, such as being required to do so by law.

We may use internet cookies at times, but only to benefit you, not to spy on you. We generally only use cookies to allow subscribers to store passwords and for affiliate tracking of our Affiliate Program. We do not develop profiles of our visitors from information collected from cookies.

We store all of your personal information in a highly secure manner. We either store your personal information in browser inaccessible internet locations or offline in secure locations. We have sophisticated electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards in effect to your protect personal information. We limit access of your personal information to Institute Staff who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or to do their jobs.

Children
It is our strict company policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protections Act of 1998. This include all other applicable laws. Therefore, we restrict our website to persons 18 years or older.

Bulletin Boards
Please remember that the information you post on our Bulletin Boards is accessible to the general public. This may included your e-mail addresses unless you otherwise specify when you set up your Bulletin Board account.
